Still in the series of the 64th National Nutrition Day Event, the National Maternal and Child Health Center of RSAB Harapan Kita held a “Wellness Employee Challenge” Activity. This activity is an initiative of the RSAB Harapan Kita Nutrition Installation which aims to improve the health of the RSAB Harapan Kita hospital community.

The event began with morning exercise together followed by remarks from the President Director of RSAB Harapan Kita, dr. Ockti Palupi Rahayunintyas, MPH, MH.Kes. In his remarks, he welcomed the challenge being carried out again, because this activity is in line with the Vision of the Minister of Health in moving towards a Golden Indonesia in 2045.

“Towards 2030, it is impossible not to have health and education as the backbone. Because we have to be healthy, that is why I really support this wellness challenge, so that we are all healthy, the young people who are not yet married, who will soon be married can give birth to children who are superior and healthy generations. So that Indonesian people will later become superior people who can compete with other countries. For that, we have to start now, we start from ourselves and we start from things that we can do,” said Dr. Ockti in his speech.

The Wellness Employee Challenge begins with participant data collection, starting from measuring weight, height, waist circumference, blood pressure, and fat levels. After that, participants receive nutritional consultations by RSAB Harapan Kita nutritionists.

This challenge will be held from February 2024 to June 2024.
