From the results of the Public Satisfaction Survey on Health Services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in 2023, it can be concluded that:

  1. The public satisfaction survey was successfully carried out in six (6) service units at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta with a total of 454 respondents from a target of 375 people.
  2. Based on the results of the calculation of the average Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in each service unit, the final achievement of IKM for the provision of health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in 2023 was 87.78. With this achievement, health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta in 2023 are included in the category of service quality "B" and service performance "GOOD".
  3. There are one (3) service elements with very good service performance, namely product specifications, type of service, competence of implementers and handling of complaints, suggestions and input.
  4. The service element that received the highest score was the element of handling complaints, suggestions and input, namely 92.02.
  5. The service element that received the lowest score was the completion time element, which was 82.16.
  6. The service unit that received the highest IKM score was the Inpatient Installation with an IKM score of 89.37.
  7. The service unit that received the lowest IKM score was the Emergency Installation with an IKM score of 84.53.
  8. The IKM value based on PERMENPAN is higher than the IKM value based on questionnaire development, although it remains in the good category.

The realization of safe and quality maternal and child health services with superior services of the Birth Defect Integrated Center (BIDIC), Integrated Perinatal and Referral, and Assisted Reproductive Technology through teamwork, networking, and referral systems as well as the implementation of education, training, and research integrated with service activities.
