From the results of the Public Satisfaction Survey on Health Services at RSAB Harapan Kita Semester II of 2023, it can be concluded that:
- The Public Satisfaction Survey has been successfully conducted in 10 (ten) service units at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta with the achievement of 973 assessor respondents from a target of 800 respondents.
- Based on the results of the calculation of the average Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in each service unit, the final achievement of IKM for the provision of health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta Semester II of 2023 was 91.94. With this achievement, health services at RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta Semester II of 2023 are included in the category of service quality "A" and service performance "VERY GOOD".
- All service elements get very good service performance.
- The service element that received the highest score was the service requirements element, namely 92.78.
- The service element that received the lowest score was the service time element, which was 90.08.
- The service unit that received the highest IKM score was the Intensive Care Installation with an IKM score of 94.89.
- The service unit that received the lowest IKM score was the Executive Outpatient Installation with an IKM score of 89.14.
- The value of the Facilities and Infrastructure elements based on PERMENPAN is higher compared to the value based on the development of the questionnaire, although it remains in the very good category, which is 91.88. Meanwhile, if the Facilities and Infrastructure are developed based on parking with a value of 87.92 in the good category, based on toilets with a value of 88.57 in the very good category and based on security with a value of 88.31 in the very good category.
