Penyakit ini berkembang secara perlahan dan sering kali <strong>tanpa gejala khas pada tahap awal<\/strong>, sehingga kerap terlambat terdeteksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PGK memiliki <strong>lima stadium<\/strong>, dan pada <strong>stadium akhir<\/strong>, pasien membutuhkan <strong>terapi pengganti ginjal<\/strong> berupa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dialisis<\/strong> (hemodialisis atau dialisis peritoneal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transplantasi ginjal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gejala Penyakit Ginjal Kronik yang Perlu Diwaspadai<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa <strong>gejala PGK<\/strong> yang umum meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Edema (pembengkakan)<\/strong>, terutama di kaki atau wajah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hematuria<\/strong>, adanya darah dalam urin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proteinuria<\/strong>, terdapat protein dalam urin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oliguria<\/strong>, penurunan produksi urin (&lt;1 ml\/kgBB\/jam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hipertensi (tekanan darah tinggi)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anemia<\/strong>, yang ditandai dengan wajah pucat dan mudah lelah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gangguan pertumbuhan<\/strong>, terutama pada anak-anak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kelainan tulang<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demam berulang<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sesak napas<\/strong>, akibat penumpukan cairan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penyebab Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK) pada Anak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PGK tidak hanya menyerang orang dewasa, tapi juga dapat terjadi pada anak. Beberapa <strong>penyebab PGK pada anak<\/strong> meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kelainan bawaan ginjal dan saluran kemih<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Glomerulonefritis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sindrom nefrotik<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penyakit <strong>autoimun<\/strong> seperti:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Henoch-Sch\u00f6nlein purpura<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lupus nefritis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Infeksi saluran kemih<\/strong> berulang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hipertensi<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diabetes Mellitus<\/strong>, meskipun lebih jarang pada anak-anak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komplikasi Penyakit Ginjal Kronik yang Perlu Diantisipasi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanpa penanganan yang tepat, PGK dapat menimbulkan berbagai <strong>komplikasi serius<\/strong>, antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Penyakit kardiovaskular<\/strong> seperti gagal jantung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan<\/strong> pada anak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kelainan tulang<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anemia kronis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hipertensi yang sulit dikontrol<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dislipidemia<\/strong> (gangguan kadar lemak darah)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gangguan hormonal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ketidakseimbangan elektrolit<\/strong>, seperti hiperkalemia (kalium tinggi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kesimpulan: Pentingnya Deteksi Dini Penyakit Ginjal Kronik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK)<\/strong> merupakan kondisi serius yang perlu dikenali sejak dini. Pemeriksaan rutin, terutama bagi mereka yang memiliki riwayat keluarga atau faktor risiko seperti hipertensi dan diabetes, sangat penting untuk mencegah kerusakan ginjal lebih lanjut.
