Lebaran identik dengan perayaan, sehingga anak-anak sering kali terpapar berbagai jenis makanan dengan jenis nutrisi tidak seimbang. Keseimbangan nutrisi yang baik tidak hanya penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, tetapi juga untuk mencegah berbagai masalah kesehatan jangka pendek dan panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perayaan Lebaran biasanya berlangsung selama beberapa hari, di mana banyak acara sosial dan kunjungan ke rumah sanak saudara. Dalam suasana yang penuh dengan makanan lezat, anak-anak sering kali tergoda untuk mengonsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat.
