{"id":12711,"date":"2025-07-30T14:33:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T07:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/?p=12711"},"modified":"2025-07-30T14:33:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T07:33:14","slug":"survei-kepuasan-pelanggan-triwulan-ii-tahun-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/en\/laporan-rumah-sakit\/survei-kepuasan-pelanggan-triwulan-ii-tahun-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"SURVEI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TRIWULAN II TAHUN 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dari hasil kegiatan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta Tahun 2025, dapat disimpulkan bahwa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Survei kepuasan masyarakat telah berhasil dilakukan dengan baik di sebelas (11) unit pelayanan yang terdapat di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta dengan pencapaian responden penilai sejumlah 1202 orang dari target sebanyak 800 orang.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rerata Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) di setiap unit pelayanan, diperoleh capaian akhir IKM untuk penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta Tahun 2024 sebesar 88,59. Dengan capaian ini, pelayanan kesehatan di RSAB Harapan Kita Jakarta triwulan II Tahun 2025 termasuk ke dalam kategori mutu pelayanan \u201cA\u201d dan kinerja pelayanan \u201cSANGAT BAIK\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berdasarkan hasil penilaian terhadap sembilan unsur pelayanan, sebanyak tujuh unsur menunjukkan mutu pelayanan dengan kategori \u201cSangat Baik\u201d, sedangkan dua unsur lainnya berada pada kategori \u201cBaik\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unit pelayanan yang mendapatkan nilai IKM tertinggi adalah Klinik Rehabilitasi Medik dengan nilai IKM sebesar 91,94. 5. Unit pelayanan yang mendapatkan nilai IKM terendah adalah Instalasi Farmasi dengan nilai IKM sebesar 78,70.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dari hasil
