Namun, kondisi gawat darurat bisa terjadi kapan saja\u2014mulai dari <strong>tersedak, luka bakar, sesak napas, kejang, hingga demam tinggi<\/strong>. Situasi ini sering membuat orang tua panik, padahal langkah awal yang tepat dapat menjadi penentu keselamatan anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut <strong>panduan singkat Do\u2019s &amp; Don\u2019t\u2019s<\/strong> dari <strong>RSAB Harapan Kita<\/strong> yang mudah diingat dan dapat membantu orang tua melakukan penanganan awal dengan cepat dan tepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Tersedak<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"531\" height=\"263\" src=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12784\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image.webp 531w, https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-18x9.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 531px) 100vw, 531px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do\u2019s<\/strong> \u2705<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pastikan anak benar-benar tersedak (tidak bisa bicara\/napas, memegang leher).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untuk anak >1 tahun: lakukan <em>Heimlich maneuver<\/em> (tekanan perut).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untuk bayi &lt;1 tahun: lakukan <em>back blows<\/em> (tepukan punggung) dan <em>chest thrust<\/em> (tekanan dada).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segera hubungi layanan gawat darurat bila anak tidak membaik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t\u2019s<\/strong> \u274c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jangan menepuk punggung anak jika ia masih bisa batuk efektif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan mengambil benda dengan jari kecuali terlihat jelas dan mudah dijangkau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan menunggu sampai anak membiru sebelum bertindak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Luka Bakar<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"596\" height=\"316\" src=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12786\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-2.webp 596w, https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-2-18x10.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do\u2019s<\/strong> \u2705<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Siram area luka bakar dengan air mengalir suhu normal selama 10\u201320 menit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lepaskan perhiasan atau pakaian di sekitar luka sebelum bengkak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutup luka dengan kain bersih atau kasa steril.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segera bawa ke fasilitas kesehatan jika luka luas atau berada di wajah, tangan, atau area sensitif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t\u2019s<\/strong> \u274c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jangan mengoleskan pasta gigi, mentega, minyak, atau kecap pada luka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan memecahkan lepuhan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan merendam luka dengan air es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Sesak Napas<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"340\" src=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-3-490x340.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12787\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-3-490x340.webp 490w, https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-3-16x12.webp 16w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do\u2019s<\/strong> \u2705<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenangkan anak, dudukkan dengan posisi sedikit condong ke depan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Longgarkan pakaian di leher dan dada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gunakan inhaler\/nebulizer sesuai anjuran dokter jika ada riwayat asma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segera bawa ke IGD jika napas cepat, terdengar bunyi \u201cngik-ngik\u201d, atau ada retraksi dada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t\u2019s<\/strong> \u274c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jangan memaksa anak berbaring rata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan memberi makanan\/minuman saat sesak berat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan menunda mencari pertolongan medis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Kejang<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"429\" height=\"286\" src=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-4.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12788\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-4.webp 429w, https:\/\/rsabhk.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-4-18x12.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do\u2019s<\/strong> \u2705<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jauhkan benda berbahaya dari sekitar anak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miringkan kepala anak untuk menjaga jalan napas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Catat lama kejang, bila memungkinkan rekam dengan video.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hubungi bantuan medis jika kejang >5 menit atau disertai kesulitan napas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t\u2019s<\/strong> \u274c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jangan memasukkan benda ke mulut anak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan menahan gerakan kejang secara paksa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangan memberi minum atau obat lewat mulut saat anak tidak sadar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
